Q: Can you handle documents for international use (apostille)?
A: I can notarize documents that require an apostille, but the apostille must be obtained through the Texas Secretary of State (it's also covered under our Other Paid services).

Q: Can you notarize for someone who doesn’t speak English?
A: The signer must be able to communicate directly with the notary in English. No interpreters are allowed by Texas notary law.

Q: Can you notarize for a person who is unable to sign?
A: If a signer is unable to sign, alternatives may be available such as signature by mark. Call to discuss your specific situation.
